    Co-founder of Team Coaching International (TCI), Phil is an internationally recognized consultant/coach, trainer, and author. He is also co-developer of the Team Diagnostic™ suite of diagnostic tools now in 21 languages, used by more than 1,000 teams worldwide. 
    Phil has worked with teams in North America, Europe and Asia that include Johnson & Johnson, Bank of America, Cisco, Capgemini, ING Bank, the U.S. State Department and the U.S. Navy. He is the principal designer of the Team Diagnostic training and certification program and is author of the team coaching training manual.
